you may not pirate, copy, or otherwise plagiarize any section of the code, nor any game rules, nor any character descriptions, nor any other aspect of the App invented by the Developer. you especially may not repurpose any aspect of the App for your own or any entity's monetary benefit. you may not host the App on any site other than mythogame.com without written permission from the Developer. the Developer reserves the right to pursue legal action against plagiarism or other copyright violations of the App that they have created.
the Developer cannot make any guarantee against any loss or corruption of data. the Developer is not responsible for information or content uploaded or otherwise entered into the App. all content uploaded or entered into the App solely remains the responsibility of the user.
the App may encounter technical errors which may have unpredictable consequences. by using the App, you acknowledge and agree to take this risk and agree not to hold the Developer responsible for any such consequences. the Developer is in no way responsible for damage or loss in connection with the use of the App.
the App contains links to third-party websites not controlled by the Developer. the Developer is in no way responsible for damage or loss in connection with the use of these websites, nor is the Developer in any way responsible for the content on these websites. if content violating the App's Terms is found on a third-party website that is linked to by this App, please a) submit a request to the third-party to remove the content and/or perform any necessary remedial actions, or as applicable, b) promptly notify the Developer, who will request for the third-party to remove the content and/or perform any remedial actions, or who will remove the link to the third-party on the App as soon as is possible. if applicable, any game accounts involved with such content violating the App's Terms will have consequences applied at the discretion of the Developer.
by using the App, you grant the Developer the right and license to use, modify, and publicly display any information that you enter into the App, with the exception of the "email" and "password" fields associated with an account, which will not be publicly displayed, and which will be attempted to be kept private to the utmost of the Developer. however, the Developer cannot guarantee the security or privacy of any information entered into the App. by using the App, you acknowledge this risk.
the App is free to play. payments are not necessary to play the base game and are completely optional. the Developer reserves the right to change any of the following without notice:
refunds are not guaranteed and are completely at the Developer's discretion. the Developer reserves the right to deny any refund requests. if you have any questions or concerns about a payment, please contact the Developer at support [at] mythogame [dot] com.
please note that the Developer reserves the right to terminate any account due to violation of the Terms of Use or at the sole discretion of the Developer. the Developer is not responsible for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise, in connection with the termination of any account, the suspension of any account, the modification of any account, or any other action taken by the Developer in connection with any account or with the App itself.
the Developer respects the intellectual property rights of others and will do their utmost to respond promptly to any complaints of copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement.
the App was created by the Developer. source code for the App was written solely by the Developer, and all software dependencies used within the App are open source or otherwise freely available to use at the time of this writing, to the best of the Developer's knowledge. the Developer retains the right to the source code that they have written. full technical credits and details of the App's implementation can be viewed at the Github repository associated with the project. you may request to view the full source code for the App by emailing the Developer at support [at] mythogame [dot] com. the Developer reserves the right to deny any requests made to view the source code of the project. the game rules and intricacies of the App, including but not limited to character descriptions and other game features, were invented by the Developer. the Developer reserves the copyright to these inventions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
icons, background music, certain character art, and certain sound effects for the App are sourced externally, and are accordingly given attribution on the main page of the App or on the relevant page, or otherwise licensing has been accordingly negotiated to the best of the Developer's knowledge.
notices of infringement must be sent to the email address dmca [at] mythogame [dot] com and must include a detailed description of the alleged infringement as per DMCA legal requirements.
| the Developer will respond to any notices of infringement as soon as is possible and will remove any infringing content as soon as is possible.
